Default Greddy Turbo KIt Install Complete

I finished installing the Greddy Turbo kit last night. Started on it Friday night and finished it Saturday evening. Ran into a problem with the down pipe not mating up to the mid pipe just before the cat; nothing the muffler shop can't fix.

Joe @ Dezod rewired the Greddy harness for me to use the 2004-2005 eManage harness! Thanks Joe!

Gauges still need to be installed and a clutch.

Here are the pictures from the install:

Looks good... I know you have had that kit for along time.. Glad to see you finally got it on and going.. Congrats and welcome to being boosted.. Are you gonna run the stock airbox or put a filter on the intake pipe to turbo? Once again congrats and enjoy the turboed box..

Thanks!

I am running the stock airbox for now. Greddy supposedly has an Airinx Cold Air Intake specifically for this turbo kit. I should be receiving it tomorrow. I will take pictures once I receive it!

I had an AEM CAI, but I can no longer use it due to the intercooler piping. Supposedly Greddy makes a CAI specifically for this turbo kit and I currently have it on order.

Greddys Airnix looks just like this. Nice install btw I hope to get mine dyno tuned within the next 2 weeks. My emanage is bad and needs to be sent back to Greddy

The install wasn't bad. Took me about 6-8 hours. That included drinking breaks and food breaks.

I have some gauges and NGK Wide Band O2 sensor that I need to install this weekend. I will be tuning the eManage on my laptop with the eManage support tool and the Wide Band O2.

Did the flange for the blow off valve come welded on there or did you do that yourself and polish the piping?

I had the HKS BOV Flange welded onto the piping and then had it all polished.
