buy this. takes literally 3 minutes to hook up the e-manage with this and it's specific to the '06 xb's and xA's

worth every penny too, beats hours of tiny splices and checking and double-checking yourself, wondering if everything is connected right and if ur motor is gonna blow up.

same, the emange plug and play harness just taps in between factory plugs and ecu... the existing factory wires( trans signal) are retained on their original path. The ECU has the same pinouts manual and automatic it will work fine. They advertise it for Manual transmission only because that company based the pin locations on that. But they are the same ive done enough installs to know that.

Have you confirmed this as working in the xB? There is a connector unpopulated in the picture, only three coming off the pigtail end when the Greddy original has four. Can't tell real good, but it looks to be E4, which has the RPM signal on it. Is E4 supposted to plug directly into the stock ECU and bypass the piggyback then? If so, fitment's going to get a bit tricky on the xB.

The automatic has the same pinout as the manual for the xB.

There is some validity with this one. It took about 3 hours to rewire and validate the harness, not including time spent reading over the 05, 06 and Greddy pinout and figuring out how to rewire it. If you have some skill with electrinic repair, can read the diagram and have the time it's not too difficult to rewire, just tedious and time consuming. I'm guessing this works on both the Turbo and Supercharger kit as they both use eManage blue.

I was a little disappointed in the pricing as the replacement '05 from Greddy runs about $70 but seeing that a blank piggyback harness alone without the greddy connector runs under $200 using Toyota connectors it may be justifiable.

Huh? To my knowledge there is no literature out there on the 06 harness for a Greddy eManage. I used the 05 Scion diagram to figure out what the signals were on the Greddy harness, then used the 06 Scion ECU wiring diagram to rewire it.
