Default please post pics of short air intakes

so i've been interested in purchasing an affordable intake and spotted this on ebay:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/03-06...QQcmdZViewItem

maybe because i really haven't paid attention, or what, but i don't know how this short air intake will look in my xa. to anyone that has somethin similar to this, can you please post pics? it will really help me decide whether to get this intake or just get the 'normal' one that completely replaces the stock one. thanks!!!

That ebay intake looks like garbage. A real one isn't that much more...

Here's a Fujita SRI on my car.

I have aFe also, look at my profile for a pic of what it looks like in an xA if the xB above doesn't work for you.

Mine didn't fit perfectly. I thought it would, and it looked like it would in all the pictures, but nope. A friend helped me put mine on, we had to unscrew the metal piece holding a hose or two right above the back of it so I could bend the metal heat shield up to fit into the rear clips. Then the rubber elbow was slightly too long so it took some force to get it connected to the piece that the filter is attached to and the third thing was the left side of the heat shield isn't angled perfectly to match up to the stock front clips and it took some force to get it to latch. Oh, and since I have an 06, I was supposed to reattach the little vacume box (not sure exactly what it is) upside down from the way it was on the stock box but I didn't like the way the hoses were positioned so I put it back on the right way and used some washers since the spacer that came with it wasn't thick enough.
