UPDATE: this car was tuned on emanage blue for emissions, today we tuned it with the Haltec Sprint 500. We made 304whp... pretty gosh darn ridiculous. It had more in it too, but we didn't want to push our luck on pump gas.

 

How much boost?

 

27psi , held 27 to redline (7100rpm). It was about 85 degrees in the dyno. I gave the customer a ride before turning it over to him, after running through the gears on the highway we both laughed for a while... '' I had no idea what I was asking for'' he said , refering to his request to break 300whp. It felt un-natural for a xb1 to pull that hard. He previously drove the car at 8psi on the emanage blue (165whp) and claimed a highway pull win over a 350z in those few days. '' Well now you can play with vipers and vettes'' I said

this stuff is insane, i have owned a xb for 2 years and i have a spare engine to make a build with, but i don't have the know how to do this. but i am a welder, would there be a way you guys could make a rough guild to do this. i i prob could make all the piping myself, manifold included. Another reason i ask this it would be kinda dumb to ask for a kit when i prob could get the hard ware locally.
