For the same price (or less) you can get a Greddy Turbo. If you spend $600-$700 more you can get the intercooler as well. Either way, you'll probably get a more reliable set up with better support from Greddy that from TSI. It appears to be a more complete kit.
I think whether the price difference between these two kits and the ZPI kit is worth it is pretty subjective. It all depends on your point of view, and what you want from your turbo and kit supplier.
In my opinion the jury is still out on all three of these kits. More so for ZPI than the others though. Being as they have only done 3 turbos on the xB, and are just finishing up working out the kinks and beginning to ramp up production.
And I guess no post about turbos for the xB would be complete without mentioning the HKS turbo. There is probably less info floating around about this turbo than any of the others on the market. It comes with some sort of engine management in the form of an "F-Con Mini +." The pricing on this kit also falls between the Greddy (and TSI) non-intercooled kits, and the ZPI kit. The HKS (non-intercooled) kit is about the same price as the Greddy intercooled kit.

Meh... people make the same faces when you pass them in a stock box.
The difference is, it is easier for them to pass you back up when you drive a stock box. They'd have a little tougher time with ANY forced induction xB.
