I appologize for that. I removed the picture. Something is just not right. For someone watching from the outside, there is definately something fishy going on. Why would you go with an extermal pump? First of all, this kit was meant to be a user friendly kit, bolt on power, 181whp maker, etc. Now, an external pump is involved? Not only does that raise the cost of the kit, it also raises the cost of the install. I think why someone would use an external pump...the only thing I can think of was that the engines mechanical oil pump did not work right. And in that case, if there is oil pump failure, you almost are guaranteed internal engine damage. The stock oil pump puts out more than enough pressure to oil cool a turbo. If the turbo is placed in a position where the stock pump cant get enough oil circulation through it,...its no longer an efficient turbo kit. You cant compress oil like you cold air. How much turbo lag are you asking for??? Youll have piping that rivals the length of the Great Wall of China.
i think the external pump is a great idea.

Its not like its a marvel of engineering. Its a must when you have a turbo that sits lower or level with the oil pan.

Yeah Billy's a trooper and ZPI is working really hard to get it knocked out... I'm sure we'll see some great results here soon

New guy here and all I can say is WOW!!! I have had 3 turbo cars. 1.starion and 2 SE-R's Starion ran in the low 13's and both Sentra's went in the low 12's I have a little insight with F/I lol. I checked on ZPI's website and they want 3500.00 bones for a turbo, intercooler and some J bends? WOW. I thought I was out of this game but looks like I'm going to build my own stuff again. I was wanting to buy a kit this time around but not for that much coin............ Anyways good luck with it.

There are other kits on the market, either way expect to spend 3k or so on a full bolt on ready to go kit... or thereabouts.

ciao

Cool, I used to be friends with Mark and Kyle from SGP back when they were located in Deer Park now they are in the Woodlands I think. We used to go out to airline drive with my nx2000 and race a turbo'd civic hatch from the carboy crew. Good times

ok back on topic.
