If you run the same boost in a manual and an auto... the manual will always have more WHP... this is because you lose power in the auto's transmission. But you can always build the engine, do a tranny upgrade and turn the boost up to get more WHP than a manny. Im not sure what ZPI's final plans are when it comes to the differnces between production kits. Im guessing the manual kits will run at 7.5 psi and the auto's at 6psi, until you upgrade certain items, but at 6psi it is a blast to drive.

that sounds good, I think that the 6psi would be awesome to drive. too bad I don't have money for it at the moment or I would be on it.

As far as I know... No, No and soon..

ZPI has a trans cooler in the works...but they also have a lot of other things keeping them busy at the moment..so if you can not wait for theres, then you can buy a trans cooler for around $60- $70 at an autoparts store.. If you would like the model number of the one I got let me know and I will post up the model number.

No boost controller comes with the kit.. You can order one seperatley from ZPI if you desire one.

I am running 6 PSI at the moment, ZPI had it at 7.5 psi for awhile, with no issues..but they wanted to make sure that all would be safe (tranny)...so we went back down to 6 psi.. I am hoping in the near future to boost it back to 7.5 psi and do a retune... and after that a few more things and turn it up some more.

I dunno Peter.. I find it hard not to be in boost cause it's so much fun.. but if a couple of days is 2 days and your are light on it..then you might just make it.. But I wish you the best luck with staying out of boost and not showing off..

Back on Topic...... ZPI turbo's... and get yourself one... If you have the need.. the need for speed in your box.. then this is the kit for you..

Thru me off for a minute, because you changed your Avatar.

They where using a 16G before... But the 14B spools faster and is a better fit for the 1.5L engine.
Then where the heck do i remember a T3 from!?

We had billys auto xB at 10psi for awhile with no issues. We lowered the boost to insure extended tranny life. I am confident that the auto can handle 7.5psi for a long time I am not however confident to say how long that time is. We lowered the boost a little to insure long reliability.

We build these kits for bolt on options. If you want to turn the boost up that is always your option.
