Default 15 Juggernaut in an XB...

I am in the process of deciding what type of box to build that will fit in cargo area of an XB. I have the juggernaut, so now it is just determing if I will be able to use it in the space alloted. Any ideas? Has anyone used a juggernaut in the back of an XB or even a similar (DD) larger woofer that calls for 4.5-5.0 cf? I am open to a wall but will only be able to get 14-15 inches between the seat and hatch? I will also need to slot vent it... Any suggestions would be great...

One more thing... right now, I have 2 12's firing back and it's pretty hard. How should the Juggernaut sound firing to the front in a vented enclosure?? :?

take out the floor in back and remove the storage box. build around the spare. you can get about 5 cubes after displacement if you slant the back of the box and slot port. (i'm in the process of doing this for a ported box with 2 idmax 12"s. )

Do you have any pics of your progress so far? BTW, how do you like your brutus 1500? That is what I have on my 2 12's right now . It pounds at 1 ohm. I picked up a mmats d100hc, because it is stable and most powerful @ .67 ohm and will allow me to parrallel wire the 1.4 ohm dual vc juggs down to .7 ohms...

Wow, you guys are some real heavy hitters. I love this stuff,
but I've kinda outgrown it.

I was considering doing a snaleshell style 1X12" folded
horn just for the fun of it. I love folded horns for SPL
tourney.

Honestly, I had no intentions of moving up to the juggernaut, but it just kinda came my way. I couldn't refuse the deal. I want to put it to use, but if not I will just sell it. 2 twelves was enough for me, but I have heard several of the juggs in single enclosures and they were crazy. Do i really need it,.... no. BUT it will be nice to crank it every now and then...

I like the brutus, it seems to push my max right now pretty damn hard on stock electrical.

As for progress with my box i haven't had any spare time lately so it's kinda moving slowly, but i plan on either finishing it this weekend or the definately the weekend after.

If it works out i can send you autocadd plans with a cutlist. I want to make sure it fits though before i send somebody plans.
