Default The accessory switch locations under the oven

I have searched and looked on here for pictures and advice on how to get to those accessory locations on the dash, I have the alarm indicator there the seat belt and one free switch plate, I need to know hot to access that area. I want to take a look at the Alarm indicater see how its made, I have an idea I am trying to faciliate but can't due to not knowing how to get in there? and just taking off the whole center console doesn't do it. Please help

So I have to take it off to see, it I have seen pictures on here and it seems like you still don't have access even when you remove the center console, well I guess I will try since seeing it first hand is probably much more informative than just looking at the picture.

Yes those but one of them is my alarm indicator from scion, and I want to pop that out and take a look on how its made, it has a light on it and want to see if I can wire something up to it to that when it blinks it will trigger some other light(more visable) to blink to indicate the alarm is on. I don't want to break it popping it out the wrong way.
