Default Alpine CDA-9855 Owners: Please Read

According to the manual there is an option under Menu-setup-audio to choose the subwoofer channel between stereo and mono. I cant find this option on my 9855.

Anyone know where it is or why its not there? anyone have it there? Thanks.

Ok I have the same unit but to me it seems that you have to have A alpine amp and a kit that links it from the unit to the amp(yes another cable that you have to run besides the RCA's.

You may be right, because i know that the Alpine Amps have the option of mono or stereo. Unfortunately i'm not hooked up to a Alpine amp anymore. That's the only option in the book i have not been able to access. although there is nothing that states it shouldnt be accessable.
