Default amp interference with radio?

i installed my amp today in my xb. its a tsunami 1800d powering 2 elemental designs e12a's. i had my aftermarket deck installed for about a month now and i had absolutely no interference with my fm radio. when i hooked up my amp today there is static on all the stations. i hooked up another amp (cadence q300) and the problem was solved. i hooked up the amp in my friends xb and there was static as well. any ideas how to fix it?

Your gains on the amp is probably too high. Turn the gain down.
