Default anyone?

anyone know if there are any 6.5inch subs that will fit in the stock locations in the xA and run off the stock deck?

You should never run "subs" of any kind from a stock deck. They should always be amped and have a x-over on them.

Elemental Design has a really nice 6.5" sub called the Eu-700, I've got 2 in a ported box...

I would seriously give the Eu-700 a look. These things are small, but they can move some serious air. Not to mention the killer $50 price tag. They handle 150 watts RMS, so it isn't like you are going to need some huge amp. I am not completely familiar with the xA and all of the storage compartments, etc. But I am sure you can find space for a small 300 watt amp somewhere inconspicuous. Under the front seat is always a nice spot that is out of the way.

If you want to get away pretty cheap, look at something like the D600 from Directed. You can pick one of those up for about $130. Then you can run a pair of dual 2 Ohm Eu-700 at 300 watts rms. And you are looking at probably only $250 +/- shipped to your door.

Just make sure to get some sound deadening to help seal up those 6.5s. Elemental Designs eDead v1SE2 is a very nice product for this from what I have heard.

Bottom line though... Just like SCI_TC_GUY said. You don't want to run any sort of subwoofer without an amp.

Good luck in your search.
