Default Anyone install a Randode Cathode Interior Lighting kit?

These have been recommended to me and look great, but was curious as to how difficult they were to install. I have absolutely no experience with this kind of thing, but really want some quality interior lighting..............that is, when I get my xB!!!

Is there anything comparable for the same price?

Thanks in advance,
Dave

Nope. Randode is the best. I dont have his kit but ask him. He installs them too if you're in the area for a small charge. I installed Toyota factory and they are VERY easy.
just get it and shine the lights!

yeah, his kit is a slam dunk. I didn't know squat about electrical or taking apart any of my interior. I followed his instruction (included in the kit) and 45 min. later I had interior lights. I now have twice as many lights, including the oven and the cup holders and it's all because I started w/ his kit.

do it.

I just installed my 2nd set... It is not difficult to install, The instructions are easy to follow. I had no experience with this kind of stuff either. Randode is the way to go.

Ok, I'm a total newb when it comes to electrical stuff. Randode';s kit is soo easy and user friendly, I had mine installed in less than an hour. And it worked the first time I hit the switch. So yes, its easy to install, and it works great!

Randy must have made the instructions w/ me in mind.

can anyone briefly explain the steps it took them to install this kit so I will know if it is the one I want to do. What source of power does this kit connect to and are all the connectors included? $100 seems kinda high when you can buy cathode tubes cheaper (about $6.99 for a pair) by themselves and run your own wiring. Thanks

Cheaper and better than the dealer option ones.

All the connectors are included.

It's pretty easy to DIY, but a lot of people don't want to figure things out.

Thanks everyone, all your information is greatly appreciated. Ok, so the consensus is Randode's lighting is the best. What route should I go if I want a 'few' small lights like Max2k? Where should I buy them? And are those just as easy to install?

I'm gonna milk all the information out of you guys as possible! Thanks!

hey randy, isnt your kit plug and play? i saw the one at the dyno meet, and it looks to have had like stock plugs on it. Just wondering.
