Default Anyone running aftermarket seats?

So i went to install my seats yesterday and found out the hard way that i will need some custom brackets made. I know there is one other member on the board running Weapon R seats and i was wondering what you did to make them fit.

If anyone else has any ideas please feel free to chime in. Thanks

I use to have recaro reclineable seats in my ride. What i did since sparco didnt have a seat bracket for the car yet, was that i had to call one of my buddies that can weld. What we did is we took regular aftermarket seat brackets from a forerunner & we had to modify 2 of ends of the seat brackets which you bolt into the car so they would fit int he scion. Next we had to measure how high the seats needed to be in order for me to feel comfortable & see over the hood. We welded on pieces of square tubing to the brackets to give me about a 4 inch lift. We should have raised it a little bit higher but it was still ok to drive, it really depends on how deep your seats go. But my best bet is if you cant weld or dont know anyone who can, go w/ the sparco brackets.
