Auto Down - help

I want to make all for of the master window switches run the auto down function like the drivers window does. Any thoughts on how how to make it work? I would love to make them auto up like Lexus does but I'd be happy with just down for now.

I photo shop'd a pic to show what I want...

I'm not looking for the lights or for the "auto" buttons. I'm just looking for the control, from the switch, for auto down on all 4 windows.

I wanna say that all 4 windows need to have the drivers window motor? The motor is what makes the windows "auto" down, not the switch...I think?
