bazooka sub manual
i was wondering if any of you guys got a manual with your sub when you picked up your car?
i bought a tc with it pre-installed and didn't get one.
anyway i just wanna know how you can remove the thing(not permanently), in case i need to reach the spare tire. i apologize if you just have to lift it off, but i felt some resistance and i got too scared to pull anymore. im still babying my car~
btw someone has to write some kinda faq for searching on these forums - i keep getting results that don't even relate to my search words

Searching on ScionLife: How-To - There's your FAQ.
You can also check the tech section for my subwoofer install article. And here are the factory installation instructions.
In any case, you don't need to remove the sub to get to the spare tire and tools.
When I had to get to my spare, I had my rear seats folded forward and my upper cargo cover removed (the thing that keeps people from seeing what's in your trunk.) I don't know if that made it easier, but it was easy.
Remove your cargo mat (if so equipped), trun the two round things to release the part of the trunk floor panel near the bumper, then start on the left side of the panel. You'll need to pull up and forward on the cover to release the two clips near the seats. Fortunately, the panel has some folds in it which makes it easier. Once you get the clips released the panel will slide out from under the sub. Installation is the opposite of removal.
