Default Best/cheapest way to install amp and ipod to factory radio?

Title pretty much says it all. Does the stock pioneer radio have rca outputs to install an amp? and i didn't buy the ipod upgrade with my car, but I want to get my ipod hooked up to the radio as well...what is the cheapest and easiest way to do this? Thanks guys.

this topic has been covered more than anything in the ICE section. NO the unit doesnt have preouts. Ycu can get a convertor that will make it sound like crap. Buy a aftermarket head unit off ebay and you will have the right way to hook everything up.

or use High Level Inputs.... won't sound as good as an aftermarket HU but will sound better than any cheap converters......

Click on the link to get the BEST and ONLY RCA preamp output designed specifically for the Scion. http://motors.search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZeuroQ5fwerks

G-NIZZLE here on SL sells these. I have the Subplug 4 dual RCA plug and it is awesome. Plug n Play and very clean sound!!! Don't listen to the others here...you don't need a new head unit. Get this, a good amp and some decent speakers and enjoy!!!

Awesome man, thanks. Does that allow you to just get a cable with rca jacks on one end and the ipod plug on the other to connect the ipod as well? So basically I can kill 2 birds with one stone? And how much does he charge? Thanks a lot.

good product. i have one for my car and it works amazing. no complaints whatsoever. a word of advice would be to buy the ipod holder from your car from any apple store. it's like $40.00 but it fits perfect and is better than just having cables all over the place and watching your ipod get trashed around your car.
