I think the ones that hook to your pc can be updated online. I had to buy the cd and it came with a link cable.

I think mines has a card slot, but I do not use it. I find it takes me an hour to get anywhere near by I have no idea how to get toand rather I use google or some other map site, it takes a bit of getting lost to find it.

My bother has verizon phone service and one of the features is a gps like on demand. It too gives mis information, directions to buildings that no longer exist or are out of business and roads that donot exist.

I just hope it worked better for our troops in the middle of the desert or some 3rd world country.

Wow, nice. Like you red clock and miles read out. That has to be custom. I wouldnt mind reversing mines and putting in amber lamps. Then get e head unit with built in gps.

Then again, I just use my gps for special trips, not daily. I may take a job as a courier, but til then.

Wheres the color of the red line markings? Cant say I like the whole amber appearance, but I do the clock and odo. Maybe more amber like the oem clock buttons vs red unless the camera makes it look red.

It's red... No Amber in my car that I have any say on I am not a fan of amber at all. Even my signal lights are smoked and used to be chromed. Amber is no "OEM" to me.

I love how clear the lamps look on the 06. Can not say I am a fan of the amber insert in the heads, but I do not want to mess with the factor seal on that. The rears with the red and clear is lovely. Then when you flip on the turn turn signals how amber that clear lens turns.
