Default Best install kit/wiring harness for Pioneer AVIC-D3

I just ordered one of these yesterday. I found both items on Crutchfield but I was wondering if it can be found cheaper somewhere else.

Double DIN kit

Wiring Harness

Crutchfield usually sends you the harness for free and the side pieces to fill the gaps. I IDK what crutchfield is selling the D3 for but Best Buy has them for $699.99 but that's w/o the harness and the side pieces.

Yea if you go on crutchfield website and select your make and model of car. Then go to the Avic-D3 deck, it will have a "FREE" link at the top showing all the extra stuff they include. Wiring Harness = $10 and Dash kit = $13

And looks like their asking $800 for the D3X Package.

I'm already getting the D3x package for $795 - $200 rebate (from ABT - authorized Pioneer dealer). I just need the other stuff but I hate paying so much for shipping. Does Walmart sell this kind of stuff?

I bought my wiring harness at Walmart. They didn't have the fit kit though, but probably worth a look. Also, Best Buy might have them (if they have a car stereo installation center in the store that is).

A buddy of mine hooked me up and got both items for $15 (and he helped me install it yesterday). Here are the pics:

i don't have the 6.5 xb I got mine in late 05, but as far as I know it has been quite a challenge getting it to work, I attempted to help someone out but doing it in a tc and we didn't have any luck, so I am not sure if it has been successfully completed yet.
