My attention span for telling how i do things is very short. I basically had my mom (Yea, im 24 and I had my mom help with my car, what of it) sew the black vinyl to make it like a little pillow case. Then she sewed up the last open end. I made the hatch cover out of 3/4 MDF out of a tracing of the OEM soft cargo cover. I put curtain ties under neath the cargo cover to hold onto the straps, and took the black clips off the OEM cargo cover and had my mom sew the strap to hold them in place. I'll post pics of the underside tomorrow. Basically, if anyone can make a better looking hard cover from scratch, I wanna see it.

Looks pretty good. I think there are some ideas out there, but most people like me are just too lazy to do it
