I want a custom Sub box, But I am cheap and, at the moment, poor. So I was thinking," Why pay 3 large for a box?" So I decided to make one. I have no clue how to make, mold, whatever, fiberglass. So I'm thinking that if I build a box, then I can put Bondo all around it to make it a perfect fit. I've worked with bondo before and found it very easy to work with.

As long as I don't make the layer of bondo to thick, is there any problem with this???

so the bondo will definately crack

 

what he said above is true... So go by some cheap ___ cloth at a fabric store... by some fiber glass and cover the box w/ it....then bondo on top of the fiber glass to smooth it out...
