I would like to say that BoomCo and especially Chris go above and beyond when it comes to listening to the customer and getting the job done. In my first original post on the boomerang product, I said that the only thing that would complete this armrest would be to have a leather top. Well Chris personally called me up and told me that BoomCo could do it and would be making this option available.

A week or so later I got the top and he perfectly matched it to my Katzkin interior down to even the same red stitching.. Now is that customer service or what. I am sure BoomCo will be developing other Scion accessories and if Chris is running it I am sure he will again go above and beyond to satisfy his Scion customers.

Once again great job BoomCo and thanks Chris for all your efforts in making this armrest the best in the market.

Looks real good!! Looks just like the one I ordered cept I have the dark grey stichting. I should have mine in sometime next week or so and I'll post some more pics of it. I also need to order my Katzkin sometime soon too. Thanks again!

Is that leather Grey, or is it Black and the flash is making
it look lighter?

I'm prolly going with straight black as the wrap color and that same graphite with perforation in the center. I like it dark!! Plus sometime next week if I have time I'm going to sand down this here and paint it black like the rest of my interior.

This bottom part here:

Should be pretty easy to sand smooth since it's pretty flat.

Oh BTW Toy xbox: What's inside the leather? Is it foam cushioning or something harder?

remember those cavaliers that GM sold as cadillacs? when I think of toy xbox's ride that's what I think of. 15K of trim on a 15K car. I should add that I think those caddy's are hot, so no one takes that as a dig. :damnitnooneunderstandsmesmiley:

ya I admit it I dropped some coin on this project I still came out ahead from what I was originally going to get and I still saved about $15k plus speeding tickets, gas, and I still get the $45K cars twistin there necks to check out my ride as I drive by

But Thanks superjeer I take it as a compliment :o

Heya, I hope to purchase one of the Xbs and most likely will get an armrest
a.s.a.I.can cause there is no use debating it, I'm gettin up there in the years

Anyhow, wondering how tall are you agi? I'm about 6 foot... thus
trying to make a comparison as to whether to opt for a higher armrest
myself. Thank you in advance for the info...

As for the leather rather than the rubber... sweeeeet!

Brocccoli:
I am 6' tall chick ... so not tall as you but still original was too low for me.

Sciond:
Call and ask about price (Chris was originally who i talked with but then Wes took over and did what he pormised). I guess i was such a pest that they worked out deal with me ... i guess to keep my mouth shot :-)
But i am sure cant be THAT expensive ... aftell its only lid they will have to adjust.

I will run at lunch time and take picture so you call can see.

Its kinda funny looking to have big block of leather up on armerest but if you dont know what original was you would not even know its big :-)
none of my passengers said anything yet :-)

You need to place picture on a server somewhere as far as I can tell...

One place for instance in picture sharing is Photobucket...

http://photobucket.com/

After placing picture there or any other place that-> very important*... shares
pictures... allows you to link to them 24/7... you copy and paste the
below the picture the http within codes that
can be found in the reply page buttons in between List= and URL...

And whalla picture... may take trial and error at first but by third try
just about anyone should be able to do what i said... cheers!

*the very important part is some places make it so that
you can't link to their server/site for pictures... and can only direct people
by link to the picture source. It saves them from high volume of traffic
as hotlinking pictures makes for gobs of internet traffic... and if they have
advertisements paying for webspace like photobucket then its do-able.

Thanks again agi, for sharing your information.

Ah hmmm, does the top part of the arm rest flip open to a cubby hole of
any sort... for pens, brushes, CDs, etc. ? Just curious, as it looks like
the Xb offers enough cubby holes for miscellanious items...
