thats a huge box

 

the sad part is the box is actually on the small side...it should be about 1.5 to 2 cuft bigger for the subs i'm using

For the hatch..................

 

yes i will be putting in 5 gallons of cascade vb-1 sound deadener (fyi 5 gallons will cover 2 cars) so i'm not to worried about rattles and little things like that

 

it'll look nice - but what's gonna happen when you need your tire tool or the spare???

 

no problem there the box easily comes out if you do it right otherwise its locked in place

i'm designing my own box, and i thought that the port could not be it's diameter from any edge of the box, yet you've got yours riding right up next to the top of yours... please! explain! (cause i'm having issues trying to make this port fit....)

 

the port can flow along the edges but it can't stop with in its width from a wall


hey pm me your dimensions and the port length ill draw it up on autocad and send it back should only take about 30 min or so

 

what does that mean? does that mean the end of the port can have the shorter side (height) against the top or side? does only the width have to be spaced from the sides of the box? i'm a confused person, so please help me out.

the only problem would be how the box covers up the rear speakers...thats why i didnt make a huge box like that for my xb. i like that pic with the PUNCH subs how the tweeters n mids aare in the box...good engineering!
