Default Building a new box for a sub, audio pros, please help!

I am buildng a pyramid/wedge box for a sub, ported. I am trying to get to 1.5cF at the end of the day, after compensating for the basket (0.06cF) which would bring my overall Internal volume to 1.56cF... Question is, do I also compensation for the Port Volume? I am planning on using a 4" circular port, and tune to 30Hz. By my calculations, based on the dimentions of the box, the port leangth should be somewhere around 21 inches, If I should compensate for the port, then my overall volume should be like 1.75. Am i correct in thinking that i should compensate for the port volume to get the box to truly be tuned to 30Hz, and have a correct volume of 1.5cF?
Box Dimentions are roughly L 29, H 13, D1 14, D2 3.25.
Any help and thoughts would be apprecieated
