im buyin the head unit w/ an ipod adapter through overstock.com for $600 shipped and i found the wiring harness and installation kit for $30 shipped. Anyone else bought one and found a better deal????

 

I don't have this but would also like some feedback on it. I was looking at the Alpine and Clarion in dash double din sets on ebay and this looks like a much better deal if the ipod controls work good.

The one thing I need is something I can control the ipod though the headunit without having to touch the ipod at all while its in the car, have not found this info out yet on this unit.

 

with the ipod adapter u can control the ipod fuctions thru the HU. the only down side to this guy is that its not touch screen. but even this maybe be a blessing in disguise since non touch screen lcds seem to have better image quality

 

on a side note : whats up w/ some of these HU's having to be grounded all the way to the e-brake. does that only apply the avic n1???
