well it's going to be a lot tougher. I would rather just get the 9006 HID kit because it's the same application for your car. If you were to go through with this H4 nonsense, then you would need a new harness, some coverstion, and then you would also have to change the way your bulb mounts to your headlights. Impossible? No, it's not, it's just a lot of work.

Yesterday i decided to just go with it and install the H4, you were right there was some modification involved and we basically changed the H4 bulb and made it look like an H7. The light came out great!!! They are 8000k but do not blind and dont have a terrible dispursement as everybody was saying it would. Will post pics as soon as I get a chance.

Really sim, ple. There are 2 wires that run from the ballast:one is for the hid itself and the other is to connect to the old light socket. Since the H4 socket is different all I did was splice then wires and put them in the socket and taped them up with electrical tape. The second problem is fitting the HID bulb inside . I took of the metal housing surrounding the bulb, the one which is supposed to screw in the light to hold it in there and put electrical tape instead to make it stay in the light. Thats it. I got very good looking lights and they dont blind people , for some reason they are pointed more toward the road. I actually had the same setup in my old 2000 celica which used H7 bulbs. When u take the metal housing off the H4 bulb it looks very similar to an H7, which fits into most cars with a little help from electrical tape. Hope this was helpful
