I really want to get one eventually but at the moment none of them fit my luxury theme.

Same thing in the summer if you live somewhere it gets hot. If your car has been sitting in the sun on a hot day, you could practically brand yourself with a metal ****. In the winter, you can always wear gloves. In the summer, it'd look pretty silly to wear driving gloves in an xB...

I have.

Outstanding customer service. He really worked with me and explained the whole process. Color matched the **** to my paint for free. We went back and forth for about a week before I finally decided on a style and he offered to exchange it if I did not like it.

A+++

Default Chrome bezel?

What does fitting the chrome ring mean? These TRD shifter pictures don't show the chrome ring:
http://216.77.188.54/coDataImages/p/...ShiftGears.jpg
The shift boot upper bezel is chrome not anything on the shiftknob sorry........
A hint for those that don't know... the crome bezel is reversible. It can be either a flat ring or a tapered cone.
Sorry, I don't mean to hijack the thread, but I'm a noob who just took delivery of an '06, with the TRD shifter and and an extra OBX ****, but no stock piece... (dont ask... ) Anyway, there was no bezel, and while the dealer has been willing to provide one, they haven't found a part number... I can't believe how poorly the boot fits without it.
Any thoughts?
Thanks!

hey sysmgr2 bout that chrome piece there isnt one that fits any of the trd or aftermaket shortshifters the reason is the plastic chrome piece is to small diameter of the new shifter shaft / What i did on mine is take ur shift **** off wrap some tape around the the shifter shaft below the threads then pull ur shift boot up and get a small zip tie /zip tie it to the shifter shaft were u put the tape will stop it from slidding back down / When u put ur **** back on the **** will hide the zip tie.

I second the MonsterKnob. I';ve had mine for a few months and it is great. Since it its getting cold around here I'm glad that it's made out of resin instead of metal.

Sorry but I don't think mine can be beat. Yes it's real, and it's out of an F-4 Phantom!
