Check your SSP button on your radio
Your Scion Radio most likely is set to XA. This is how you can change it.
Press the SSP botton for about 3 seconds. Then hit your up or down arrow to make it Xa or Xb see the pictures. Hppes this helps.

J/K. I always wanted to do that. I saw a post about it a while back and tried it. Sounded better set as xA in my xB. Now that I have my aftermarket in, it sounds better than both.

Hey toyotaisme, Did you connect your your Hi/lo converter to the left or right side of your rear speaker wires??
I did this with my dealers xB.... but theres also had tC on it!!!!!
tC= No treble
xB=Balanced
xA=Lower Bass amount
