Probably straight forward, but just bought some for the front and back.

All that is on the underside of these chrome sills are 2 strips of 3m tape, figuring alcohol wipe, then peel and stick.

But wondered if there is install instructions for it that maybe is necessary for install.

Peel and stick is correct. I like to use a heat gun on the 3m tape, always seemed to work better for me.
