Default Connecting item to stock radio head unit...

Hi,

I am about to purchase an adapter from PIE the sets up AUX input for items like iPod, Sat Radio tuners, etc.

Here are some questions:

1. Is it difficult to get at the radio?

2. Are there instructions online somewhere for getting at the radio?

3. There are some blank tabs below the small shelf. I believe these are for switches that come with optional packages. Is there a place to buy REPLACEMENTS. (I am thinking of mounting the RCAs from the kit in those areas by drilling holes to hold the RCAs. If I screw up, well.....

If there's anyone in the Boston area who has experience with this, I'd gladly pay to have it done.

Cheers,

Mike.....
