I am looking not just for a custom gauge overlay, but ideally someone who can make one and adjust the the speeds for my larger tires.... For example just change where the different indicators are on the gauge face? Does anyone know if this could be done, or if anyone is doing this custom?

You may want to contact U.S. Speedo if Chad can't get anything done for you. They are already making Stainless Steel gauge faces for the xB and have some color face gauges in the works. They can do pretty much anything you want with a set of gauges, so they could probably work something out for you.
