Okay...

I'm buying an '06 xB, Polar White. The dealership will install the Katzkin leather interior. I am thinking to get black leather, with white down the middle and red piping. To get the best idea of what I mean, go to Katzkin.com and click the seat color selector. The style is center, wrap is black, accent is pearl, piping is red, and I'll probably get the black Katzkin logo on the head rest.

My main question is: anybody have experiences with white leather seats? I have tan seats in my Eclipse GSX, but I want to know people think of white. I love the look, but will it be impossible to maintain? Difficult to clean? I've tried different combinations, and this is what I like best.

 

1. Make sure your clothes are always clean, and not sweaty.
2. Don't expect it to stay totally white forever. With age it will darken, but if you give it leather treatments occasionally it should look good.

 

Hmm...yea, I think I'll stick with black with white piping. Or maybe get a black/tan two-tone. Either way, I'll get the upgrade Tuscany leather. Thanks for your input!

i used katskin in one of my trucks.....dont get white, it is really difficult to maintain. but they are a great product, fit really tight and very high quality, i would the black with white piping.

 

I have white leather in my TC, and it is a PITA to keep clean.

I like the look of the leather but the color changes so drastic that Its as if you need to trade out seats during normal use

 

I really want to get the white leather seats in my xB... but idk.. I don't know if I could keep it clean enough all the time... it would look soo nice though.... ehh decisions..
