Don't be a dick dude, he's asking for advice which is what these forums are for

"No topics or posts met your search criteria"
is what i got when i typed in everything he just typed...i dont think he wanted anybody to do the work FOR him, just asing for suggestions on a good package for a decent price

I think JBL subs are nice but pricey. I think a nice sub is Infinity Kappa 12.1. YOu can find them for about $150. Very nice sounding.

Maybe they were vague because this isn't really a car audio site. Sure, there's going to be people who know some stuff, or claim they do - but best bet is to check out a site like sounddomain.com which is dedicated towards car audio, & they can answer any questions you have about car audio

How much did you spend on your speakers? I got an Alpine HU for about $450... it sounds pretty awesome. If you want, you can PM me about car audio stuff.

generally most shops that i know charge more to people who bring product in, especially if they know you bought it online. and second alot of dealers will not give you as good a install warranty because it was not purchased at there shop. now not everyone will do this but there is nothing worse then getting something installed to find out that the product doesnt work, and if you bought it online the dealer can not get you back on the road right away, so yes online is cheaper, but if you have problems the extra money might be worth it too you........................
