Is the light switch in forward or rear position? If you wait about 10 minutes does it go out?

You should check all the door buttons and see if they are all in good condition. Three are all connected together Passenger front and both rear side doors, the driver door is separate and the rear hatch is separate inputs to the control module that works the light and the door locks. You may have a button that is grounding out a little all the time. The Module is located under the dash just to the left of the speedo and is a bit of a pain to get to other than from the top by taking off the instrument cover. There should be posts in SL somewhere of how to do that. It is a very expensive module like $480 I think was the last price I remember. The rear hatch has some sort of tip switch or something connected to the latch . . . not sure about it.

Hummmm sounds like a malfunctioning module or a wiring short to ground turning the light on a little. PM sent.

Would this module be messed up on my car? I was replacing the dome light (was working fine) after installing - nothing. I've tried putting on the old dome light and there is just no power there.

Since this is my fault, I'll be hitting the junk yards for a replacement. Does anyone have a picture or a part number for this module?

Thanks!
