Luckily I dont get that problem. Only time it vibrates is when I have my cell in the side door panel handle thing.

Hotbox,

I actually went to check out the Scions to get better acquianted with it.

The door skins are pretty shallow / tinny. They don't have a lot of sound dampening in them and are pretty thin.

You might consider adding some sound deadening / insulation type material to your door.

I second that recomendation, I've deadened the crap out of my doors, the only thing I haven't done is the actual panel, but that is getting done this weekend probably.

I'll be doing a review/how to on it if you'd like to take a lookshould be done in a week or two.

Mine went in last week.

I thought maybe the speaker was blown, but I still have that noise. Volume real low, and rattles like a _____. I finally figured out that the door panel itself, near the speaker rattles. I put a finger there, and it stops.

I don't want to tear apart this door to find out the dealer didn't put a clip in the door somewhere.

First you have to remove the two screws located inside the door handle. Once you have done that, I would recomend a Flat Screwdriver (Covered with some sort of protective cloth or somenthing just in case ure hand moves and scratches the door panel).

You will notice that the door panel has about 9 to 10 clips...once u pull the first one the remaining ones will come out pretty easy.... :D :D

If you have any questions let me know...

PS: The only way I know how to remove the door panel is because the remote for my Radio fell in between the glass and the door panel..LOL...dont ask how...

when i took mine in a while ago it wasnt doing that, but its doing it again, hopefully when its in wednesday getting some otherstuff fixed it will be making that noise,s o they can figure it out.

otherwise i was thinking of just paying them to pop off all my door panels and leaving them off so i can soundmat the doors and also look and see if i can figure out the rattle on that door.

ive noticed if i push on the door lock it seems to stop.

these doors are terrible, i can hear my radio perfectly clear when im standing outside of it with all the windows up and doors shut. my metro doesnt do that at all

dont pay them to take your doors off unless they are takin them off anyway just ask them to leave them off...its not worth it...you can pull all 4 doors off in about 2 minutes total...they will probably charge you for a half hour of labor at the dealership...all you have to do is take out the screw in the handles, grab the bottom of the door panel and pull off, then unplug the plugs...the only tool you need is a philips head screwdriver

Front right here as well... I'm glad I'm not alone on this. I was already thinking of packing the car anyways so I guess I'll step this up on the list.

edit: you know what's funny? when you get the scion survey they show you how to fill it out and the example is "rattle in right front door when stereo is on" I circled it and due an arrow, "Yup"
