Is there a way to rewire the headlights so the high beams are the low beams and the high beams would be both on?

 

depending on what type you have .if you look at the plug in part take off the black three prong cap and switch it with the high beam cap mthe the light shoud be reversed one light fits 9006 and the other 9005 .the only problem i that the magnification would be all off because of the projectorsso what this mean is that even if you do the high will probaly still be where they are even with the blubs reversed . but i'm not quit sure on how two run both at the same time unless you run a independent on switch for the highs.
to be honest with you find some one who does customized work.

 

I want to wire them up so when I turn on my headlights the high beams come on,
and when I click over to turn the "highbeams on" both projectors come on were I would have all 4 projectors on at the same time when I turn on the "Highbeams"

it can be done. i highly reecommend the use of relays to avoid burning up the wiring harness. sorry i dont have a set of projectors here to tell you exactly how to do it.
