Default eclipse 5495 wiring harness

Does anyone know if someone makes a plug'n play wiring harness for the eclispe 5495 to the xB harness?

This unit appears to have a different plug set up than the other eclipse models. Circuit City doesn't appear to have any Metra harness that will work.

Thanks for you help

hmm.. Todd... as far as i know (and its only a little not a lot) there isnt any true plug&play harness when coverting to after market head units...
usually the h/u has its own harness that plugs in to it.. with labled wires hanging off of it, then you buy a harness that plugs into the stock wiring harness.. and splice together the the corresponding wires..

thats my vauge answer... i dont think i've seen aftermarket HU specific plug and play harnesses that match to stock harness

I do have a aftermarket eclipse to univeral plug and a toyota to universal plug harness built by Metra (or something like that) that I purchased from Circuit City yesterday. But the plug on the back of this unit is 3 pins longer than the other eclipse models.

I was really excited to not have to start soldering this afternoon... .. it's not that I don't like to, it's just, I don't want to...

lol... soldering huh??? good man... i'm to lazy and just use crimp connectors on them..... for the most part the wires on the harness off the Eclipse deck should match with most of the wires on the toyota harness... sometimes have a few extra for features that may/may not be availbile tho

She's hooked up...

I just need to run the back up camera wire, the nav receiver and clean up...

Sadly enough, I'll be needing a face plate to cover the HUGE gaps on the stereo

Sounds good and came with about 10 gig worth of music already loaded..lol... some of it is really good.

yuppers solder, heat shrink are my friends.. that is until the gun cools off, I burn myself or the heat shirk shrinks prematurely and I can't get it over the joint...

Thanks for the info on the bracket. It's all buttoned up, the bracket took care of the space on each side prefectly, thank for the info and the product #. The guys at CC didn't know what I was talking about, but I gave the # and told them I want it regardless of what they think...
