Default few questions on wiring cathodes

my cathodes should be in any day now and when i wire them to the fuse box using an add a circuit i was wondering what size fuse do i need to put in the fuse holder for the cathodes.(not the fuse that goes in the add a circuit.) and where is a good place to get power for them. it don't really matter if it is a spot that always has power going to it or not.

I think i put a 5 amp fuse in mine. Don't remember which one i used but mine are powered all the time. I just used a tester to find one that is powered without the key on, It might even been one that was empty from the factory.

I have a 5amp fuse in mine as well, but I also have some other things being powered off of the same line and I haven't blown it yet. I think you can go as low as 2 or 3 amp fuses, depending on what cathodes you are using. I know some use more power than others.

Randode's kit takes out all of the guess work, just plug-n-play.
