Just thought I'd pass along something I found that might help people out. It's a really comprehensive conversion software that will convert just about anything to anything (you have to see the software to appreciate it). Best of all, it's free. I use it to convert SAW to Metric, but it has a LOT of other conversions built-in as well.

Personally I use google. Just type in things in the following format:

<number of units> <units to covert from> in <units to convert to>

Like this:

25.4 mm in in

It'll tell you that 25.4 mm is 1 inch.
