So, I am looking at installing some heating elements to both front seats and the two outer rear seats. It gets cold in Chicago!
I need to know the dimensions of the inner seat for the front seats, both top and bottom cushions. This is the inner part between the lower and upper side bolsters. Length and width please. Ditto for the rears.
I also found this company that does the heating AND cooling seats. Only mod for this is to cut into the seat foam. I am thinking about going this route as well. It gets hot in Chicago!

bottom- (W)inner is 10.5" and spreads out to 15" (L)19.5"
back- (W)12.5" (H)24"

Rear
bottom- (W)12.5" (L)18"
back- (W)12.5 (H)21"

wow.....u just measured it?? or u got racing seats on yours? if so, post pics please

 

What do you mean? I went outside and measured for the front, the strip down the center of it not including the side supports. For the rear I just measured one of the strips down the center so he could put heaters right in the center of where people sit. The rear is a straight line.

Unless someone makes a wider racing seat, let me know, I won't be sitting in one anytime soon.
