Default Front Seat Removal and the SRS Light

I have an 2006 X B and I am prepairing to Dynamat the floor, wheelwells, rear hatch inside and out and the doors inside and out , and the firewall, I have removed almost the entire interior down to the body with exception of the 2 front seats, the front half of the carpet and part of the front dash, my question is once the seats are removed and the connections for the srs and seat occupant sensor have been unplugged will the srs light come on once everything is completed and reinstalled, the battery was disconnected prior to anything being unplugged and removed and has remained disconected, i have searched the forums and havent found a straight answer about the light, I am assuming that with the battery being disconected for the entire time any thing was disconected and will not be reconected untill everything is reinstalled that the light should remain off when the battery is reconected? Thanks for any and all help......

When I did mine, my better half removed the front seats and reconnected. Never had any issues and I didn't disconnect the battery (ewps, I forgot about that).

The light will not come on unless for some reason you turn the key on with the seat still unplugged, and if you disconnect the battery and wait the couple mins before unplugging it then you won't have to worry. Just make sure they are plugged in before re-connecting the battery and turning the ign on.

the SRS light was on in my box because one of the harnesses was left disconnected when we had the seats out. Just plugged it back in and restarted the box and the light went away.
