Default Front seat swaps~??

How hard is it to swap the front seats.....passenger over to driver's seat. My xb has 150K on it and the previous owner was a big, heavy dude, the drivers bottom seat cushion caves down at the front. Looking over there at that hardly used passenger seat - I'd like to swap them. Is possible, or nearly impossible?
New here, already used the site to swap out to some nice led taillights~!

I have no experience with this but I believe that the levers to adjust the seat back would be on the wrong side of the seat.

The reclining mechanism would be on the wrong side, and the mounting pattern would be wrong. The easiest way might be to grab a seat from the junkyard and throw it in. Its pretty easy, 5 bolts and a plug if I recall correctly.

Yes, was hoping someone had experience removing the lower cushion for a swap .
Maybe add a couple washers under the front bolts to tilt the whole seat back a bit...would that work? (I'm sliding off the crushed seat edge....or is this a engineering weak spot in the ergonomics of an XB?)
Running XBs are pretty scarce 'round here(Ohio farmlands) ....wrecked ones nonexistant~!)
Did a seat swap on my 91 VW Vanagon, 10 mins, no issues....but quickly saw the seatbelt mount & recline lever would make an XB less simple...so came to youse guys~!

Next option would to visit a car upholsterer to get a quote to replace top + bottom padding. Figure your qoute to be about 1 1/2 labor, plus materials.
You will need to have nimble fingers to do this yourself, for it is a tight fit gettting off + putting back the 2 pc covers + find the correct density foam + cut the foam correctly. But, may be easy getting the covers off since they are squashed.

Good Luck....

Www.car-part.com or www.eBay.com

Car part searches junk yards. You may be able to find a yard by you that would even ship.

I have also read that celica front seats line up/are easiest to mod to line up, but I haven't personally seen/done. It sure looks close though...
