Default Fuba Betaflex-D Amplified Antenna

Have any of you given any thought to installing this antenna at the rear of your roof to improve your radio reception? I'm just wondering how to route the cable through the headliner without damaging it, and is it possible to route the cable down through either the front or rear pillars.
