I took out my gauges to change the color of them, I had to move my car to my friends house while the gauges were out, then I put them back in to see if anything was messed up, and it was.

The following lights went on and dont turn off. VSC, TRAC, and CEL.

How do I fix this?
If I have to take this into the dealer to clear it, will it void the warantee?

 

unhook your battery... [-] side first and let it sit for a minute or two.

yea or it will go out in a couple miles if u just drive it. its so the dealer can tell if you drove your car without the odom. hooked up and then brought it in for work.

 

that's why i tell people not to drive without the cluster...

the odo reading is stored there. car wasn't happy.. that's all..

reset the ecu and hope that lights go away.

 

do you think the dealer will still know next time I take it in for service? Do you think it will effect my warantee or anything?

 

i can't say for sure.

but i wouldn't worry about it.
