Default good price for viper 791xv install?

hey guys,

i just got my tc friday and i'm getting an alarm installed. here's what i'm getting and what the store quoted me. everything includes labor cost.

viper 791xv w/ 2 way pager and NO remote start - $375
window rollup module - $150
tilt sensor - $50
backup battery - $100

after CA sales tax it comes out to $731.89

think i can find better prices for the parts online or should i just go with them?

Piece your own parts together. What a coincidence... because I just decided to go with the Viper 791xv and I just ordered all the parts. Items arrived in 2-3 days all from different sellers. I'm getting mine installed next Sunday.

Viper 791xv with Remote Start: $190.98 shipped
520t Battery Backup: $33.97 shipped
556u Bypass Key: $21.45 shipped
530T Window Automation Up/Down: $53.98 Shipped

Total for Parts: $300.38
Install: $200

Hope this helps.

wow, im lucky..i paid $150 w/install.

my buddy worked at best buy at the time, and got it for me for that price with his discount...the techs at best buy forgot to charge me the $200 for install bc they thought i paid full price for the alarm...which was $500.

I dont know if they install an alarm that isn't purchased at the store..but it wouldn't hurt to drop by and ask.

we will install for two hundred. that includes all the features in the box. adding extra stuff like window mods, battery backup will depend on the store but we do install viper stuff.

By the way I work at a best buy.
