Most likly the problem is with the screen itself normaly Visulogic headrest come on with the ign or a switch . they will self powerup when ign. is on. Have the Installer call Visulogic and check it out.

Just stumbled upon your monitor question. Sounds like your problem is that one monitor is set to 'Auto' power mode and the other is set to 'Off' power mode. The factory delivery condition should be that both monitors are set to "Off" power mode. What this means is that regardless of the monitor power state (on or off) as the car is running, the monitors will always default to 'Off' as the car is restarted. In 'Auto' power mode the monitor will default to the last car running power condition as the car is restarted. So if the monitor was on when the car was shut off, then the monitor will automatically turn on as the car is restarted. Power modes can be switched easily in a hidden menu by your dealer. The choices are 'On', 'Off' or 'Auto'.
