Default Headrest monitors dont turn on

I bought 4 headrest monitors from a guy here on SL. He said they worked fine and when I got them, 2 of them didn't want to turn on. Does anyone have experience with headrest monitors that don't turn on? any help would be great. Thanks

You prob blew a fuse, check your fuse. You prob tried to install without the battery terminals off, then blew fuse. Or you prob tried to run power from one source and drawing too much power creating an overload. Check your wires and make sure + and - are hooked up correctly.

check your wiring and also sometimes they have an additional fuse somewhere in the monitor
all this assuming your power supply is good
check you power with a voltmeter

Well I opened them up to check them out and I found a loose wire inside each of them. I resoldered them and that seemed to do the trick. Now they work. It's amazing how sometimes we forget to do the obvious. Thanks for your help!
