i need some help. so me and my buddy just tried to put it in. harness is installed, grounded it between the shocks bolts, and radio works, BUT nothing from the sub. i bought the el8a bazooka and the xb wiring harness. what do you think is the problem. my sub only has the connecter for the harness and the gain switch. did i get the wrong thing? it's totally ____ing me off. any help is appreciated.

i think the problem is that i tried to ground it between the shocks bolts. there's a rubber piece attatched to it so i'm gonna take the seat up and do it right and see if that helps.

 

FIXED!!! it was because i tried to use the shocks. i took out the bench, gounded it, and now it's butter. i guess there's a reason why they said to use the seat and not the shocks.

 

YES ! I told ya no short cuts ! lol Glad to hear it's working ... that lil 8 sounds good don't it ! I cut the gain to about 70 % ... put the "bass" at the head HU on "2" ... how you got yours set ? JB
