I used the stock wiring harnesses due to its plug and play capabilities. When I put the navigation DVD in it gives me a message like no DVD, please insert map DVD...whats this about? Is there an extra wire I need to install?

That should help you... it helped me when i had to take out my dash to paint it...

ho sorry about the last post lol yeah u need a antena for the gps, my buddy has that radio in his box and he did have the antena.

 

I called their tech support. I have the wrong navi disc. I have 1.2...which doesnt work for my HU...I need eiether 1.0, 1.1, or 1.4
