Default help me find the parking lights wire on a tC (big pic no 56k

hey ya, i just bought an alarm system from autoalarmpro.com i got the ca330, which is an alarm that uses the existing key remotes.

anyways, the wire from the alarm should be connected to the parking lights wire. it says that its in the top of the fuse panel, in a 30 pin harness, pin 29, a brown wire.

ok, i found the brown wire, in pin 29, i think, but it doesn't test as 12volts positive when i have the parking lights on. i also tried all the wires coming off of the switch at the steering wheel, with no luck.

heres a pic, point it out to me! thanks!
